At Magirua, we take pride in offering premium, made-to-order luxury art objects. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing your order.

1. MADE-TO-ORDER POLICY
All Magirua products are fulfilled as made-to-order items. Production begins upon order confirmation. For this reason, we are unable to accept cancellations once production has started (typically within 48 hours of order placement).

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
We accept return requests only under the following conditions:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• The item received is significantly different from what was ordered
• The package was lost in transit
To be eligible, you must:
— Contact us within 7 days of delivery at Magirua@hotmail.com
— Provide your order number, photos or video of the issue, and a brief description
Items that do not meet the above criteria are not eligible for return.

3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following are not eligible for return or refund:
• Items returned without prior written authorization
• Items damaged due to customer mishandling or improper use
• Custom or engraved orders
• Orders where the return window (7 days post-delivery) has passed

4. REFUND PROCESS
Once your return request is approved:
• Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• If a replacement is preferred over a refund, we will arrange one at no additional cost
Partial refunds may be granted at Magirua’s discretion in cases of minor damage.

5. DEPOSITS
A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order. This deposit is:
• Fully refundable if Magirua is unable to fulfill your order
• Non-refundable if you cancel after production has begun

6. SHIPPING FOR RETURNS
If a return is authorized due to our error or a product defect, Magirua will cover the return shipping cost within the United States. In all other approved cases, the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.

7. US CONSUMER RIGHTS
This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable US federal or state consumer protection laws. Customers in states with additional consumer protections (such as California) retain all rights afforded to them under local law.
