1. MADE-TO-ORDER PROCESSING TIME
All Magirua products are made-to-order. This means your item is produced specifically for you after your order is confirmed. Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your order is dispatched.

2. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
• United States: 15–21 business days from order confirmation
• International destinations: 21–30 business days from order confirmation

3. SHIPPING CARRIERS
Magirua ships via trusted international carriers. Your tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

4. SHIPPING COSTS
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and order size.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a product defect.
• Any applicable import duties, customs fees, or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

5. ORDER TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly on the carrier's website. 6. CUSTOMS AND IMPORT DUTIES
Magirua ships from Turkey. International shipments, including those to the United States, may be subject to customs inspection and import duties or taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Magirua has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.

7. LOST OR DAMAGED SHIPMENTS
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Magirua@hotmail.com with your order number and photos of any damage. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

8. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Magirua is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at Magirua@hotmail.com. We will do our best to update it before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has begun.
